Summer Break

A well deserved summer adventure after such a hectic year.  Exploring the extreme northern forests and coast of New Zealand, the road led us to earthly delights and opshop heaven and further ......... where we camped, hiked, fished, swam and cooked delicious food outdoors in and alongside rivers surrounded by giant trees, and oceans where spirits leap.

Wellington Trip

We just had a four day weekend, and drove across to the other side of the Island to Wellington through broody skies and the greenest hills. This is what Spring looks like here, and I couldn't help cooing over the lambs. Wellington was a quick city fix. We dined at the Matterhorn and had amazing food, wine and atmospheric sips of whisky. Visited the City Gallery and discovered the work of Ben Cauchi, and dropped into Taylor Boutique to check out my my new collection in their store.
